Purchase

ERPX.IN Purchase is an integrated purchasing and receiving module which provides the functionality to manage Quotation Comparisons, Party Wise Item suppliers, Purchase orders and Goods receipts in a much efficient way. . ERPX.IN eases off the complexity involved in Purchase. It maintains track of enquiries, Indents, party Wise Item Wise Quotations, releases the purchase order to the supplier and receives the material from the supplier. ERPX.IN maintains on-line information of requisitions and purchase orders. It does comparative analysis of suppliers with Item as well.

  • Enquiry status can be maintained as Active, Regretted, Lost or favoured. Provides a reason master for enquiry status reasons for further analysis
  • Offer (Quotation) is prepared based on the enquiry and can be adjusted against enquiry. Quotation approval system (Authorization) based on the Value of the whole project.
  • ERPX.IN supports two kinds of purchase orders. Domestic and Import purchase orders for inventory and non-inventory item. ERPX.IN provides the authorization mechanism to release the purchase order to a supplier. ERPX.IN also controls the print copies of the purchase order. MRP treats purchase orders as pending supply. Purchase orders can be created manually or automatically from MRP. Purchase orders can be created, amended and short (Force) closed.
  • Indents form the basis of requirements. Indents get converted into purchase orders. Purchase orders are released to fulfill the indents. ERPX.IN maintains the information on pending indents.ERPX.In supports One to many Or Many to many Adjustments of one document with another
  • Items supplied by the supplier against purchase orders are received via Goods Received Note (GRN). Before finally receiving the item into warehouse ERPX.IN provides the facility to pass them from Quality Checks/Control. Items received update the respective warehouse inventory, based upon the nature of the goods received, items can be stored in Bins or can be Quarantined.
  • Item can be associated with purchase account and pre-defined tax summary. The posting of the purchase account can be maintained automatically or posting can be maintained manually.
  • Multi-currency and advance license facility is available to maintain Import Purchasing.
  • User defined Tax component and tax summary can be defined to maintain tax liability like Excise/Vat/Freight/CST/Service tax etc. & any Other Taxation policy irrespective of any state or country.
